so i got into grad school. ill be moving to denver in 2 months. and continuing on for at least another 2 years of education. im already doing a semester more of school this fall for another degree. i think i like torturing myself with school. oh well. 2 more years hopefully wont hurt. and i have like a 5% chance of doing my thesis on geothermal potential at area 51. heh. that would be funny. the military would hate me. so. much. but wouldnt that be awesome too! anyway. who knows whats going to happen now. its getting really cold here...aka snowed on friday. the heater is now on in our house. which means when it is actually on, my room is a fucking furnace, and when its off, it immediately drops to sub-zero temperatures. eh. at least i have a place to live.

i still have so much to do before the semester is over. but once christmas rolls around, and i make it out to denver and get settled in..i pretty much start a new life. it will be refreshing to not have those ties weighting me down, old unfinished projects...people i never called back...you know, those. all in all, college has been a great experience and quite a bit of fun. but a lot of hard work. not as much fun as i could have hoped for, but hey, engineering major at a state school in nevada. so other random major at a UC would have been a lot more fun. but probably not as rewarding.
